3D modeling of the long fingers for orthesis development

Our goal in this research is to develop a complet model of the long fingers (second to fifth fingers) including detailed anatomical information (collected from dissection) and biomechanic modelling (joint kinematics, muscle and ligament modelling). Starting from the bones, we will add all components of the fingers : ligaments, muscles, fat tissues... and at the end the skin. Further development will the obtained models in the fields of clinical care, and more especially orthesis conception.
