Degradation of DNA in soft and salt water

This research will estimate the possibility to find DNA in bones diving into soft and salt water.

Several experimental conditions will be applied on both waters (time of diving, temperature, salinity, pH ...).

The search of DNA in a forensic context could help in the identification of missing persons.
