Analysis of dental development in Sp6-/- mouse embryos

Sp6 -/- mouse embryos are characterized by dental abnormalities and a lack of hairness. Such abnormalities suggests an ectodermal disease. We analyze dental development in Sp6 -/- embryos, compared to +/_ and +/+ embryos, using histology and immunohistochemistry, with e particular emphasis on the b catenin signal pathway.
